Raspberry Leaf, Lavender, Rose, Sage, Spearmint, Chamomile, Calendula and Cinnamon.
Instructions:
Boil 1/2 gallon of water with 2 Tbsp of package ingredients for 10 minutes. Place bowl/pot under vented chair, wait 5-10 minutes before sitting. Cover Lower half of body and steam for 20-30 minutes.
This will leave you feeling fresh and rejuventated.
